Tidying up my studio, listening to one of William Kentridge’s lecture as part of the Norton series, on YouTube. As I tidy up my studio, I listen and watch, though listening is priority as I need to look at what I am keeping, and what I am throwing away. His lecture, In Praise of Shadows,Continue reading “Tidying up my studio, listening to Norton lecture by William Kentridge”

sunspots in my eyes, sunrise over the Severn

boundaries, butterflies & lines
The very nature of the place, (forgive the pun), meant I was also distracted by the beautiful butterflies and wildflowers. I have a butterfly mind – just like the insects. I flutter about – looking for ideas, landing then taking off again on another flight path.
